Supergirl has a bad habit of underestimating her foes, especially when they’re so called “normies.” She’s been very lucky so far that none of them have uncovered her most glaring weaknesses to use against her.
Sadly, luck doesn’t last forever, and fortune is a fickle mistress.
When Supes responds to a challenge by one of these enthusiastic proto-villains, she assumes it’ll be a light workout. After all, what can a mere man do against the woman of steel? She isn’t prepared for the tables to turn, though, and when an all too familiar green crystal enters play, our heroine finds herself at the mercy of a most unkind mortal.
As fists fall on her like rain, will our erstwhile savior be able to break free? Or will the only thing to break be her spirit?
