BatTracy and Ms. Robin have set a trap for Catwoman! They track the sneaky minx to her lair and split up to investigate. BatTracy finds the villainess first and confronts her. However, the princess of plunder has a trick up her sleeve as well and traps BatTracy with a mind control device. Once BatTracy is under her spell, the evil cat has the heroine remove her own belt, gloves and suit. Catwoman then removes BatTracy’s mask to reveal her secret identity. Catwoman is loving have the heroine under her control! She re-dresses BatTracy as a hench cat and teaches her how to be a good cat burglar. Eventually, Ms. Robin comes to the rescue. She distracts the villainess with a strong dose of catnip and then reverses the mind control on BatTracy. The heroines then work together to tie up and secure Catwoman while she is distracted, rolling around on the floor in the catnip. While she is on her belly, they grab her wrists and ankles, put cuffs around them and then secure the cuffs together. Catwoman is now hogtied on the floor. When she comes out of her catnip induced trance she struggles and struggles to get free from her hogtied bondage.
